Southern Arizona Chapter AGO Membership Information

The AGO membership year runs from July 1 through June 30. New memberships and renewals of existing memberships are now being accepted for the July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2009 membership year. Please download and print the membership form. The instructions for application or renewal are on the form.

We urge everyone to consider full National and Local membership. With full membership you receive the wonderful The American Organist (TAO) Magazine and all the benefits offered by AGO. You will also be supporting the educational programs sponsored by the National Office and will be eligible to attend National conventions at the lower rate offered full AGO members. "Local Chapter Only" membership does not include voting rights, eligibility for leadership roles, TAO Magazine or any of the National Guild benefits.

AGO Chapter and National Membership has many benefits. Among them are:

Fellowship: Each month there is a wonderful opportunity to interact with people who have concerns and interests similar to yours.

Programs: Our chapter is known for its excellent programs and workshops -- all designed to increase members' knowledge and skills. In January 2008, we sponsored a hugely successful Regional Conclave that was attended by nearly 300 people. We are planning wonderful activities for September 2008 through May 2009.

Information and Assistance: There are a variety of resources available to members: our bi-monthly newsletter, The Cypher, the monthly National publication, The American Organist (TAO), eligibility for life, disability and health insurance plans, an AGO-sponsored credit care, certification, voting privileges and more.

Conventions: Regional and National conventions provide educational opportunities and the chance to enjoy memorable musical performances.
